Eich Iaith Fewnol sy’n Bwysig:
Your inner voice matters: Why I work bilingually with clients
Mae’r ffordd rydyn ni’n siarad â’n hunain yn siapio ein profiad o’r byd o’n cwmpas. Whether we’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or simply trying to stay grounded in a busy world, our inner language, y llais bach yna y tu mewn, makes a difference.
Pan fydda i’n gweithio gyda chleientiaid, dw i’n aml yn gofyn: Sut wyt ti’n siarad gyda thi dy hun? Pa iaith wyt ti’n ei defnyddio pan fydd y pryder yn dechrau tyfu? For many of my Welsh-speaking clients, the answer is both languages. One moment the internal dialogue is in Welsh—cynnes, uniongyrchol, cartrefol—and the next, English creeps in, often in the form of critical thoughts or habits learned from systems, school, or wider culture.
Workplace Stress:
I’m Sioned Roberts, wellbeing coach, anxiety and emotional regulation practitioner, and ACCPH accredited trainer. I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams navigate workplace stress and develop emotional resilience. Over the past years, I’ve seen so many professionals struggle with burnout, overwhelm, and anxiety in the workplace. That’s why I’ve adapted the S.T.I.L.L Method to support professionals, teams, and leaders in busy environments.
