Anxiety Coaching.
Overcome anxiety with proven tools and personalised guidance
Anxiety can show up in many forms: constant worry, physical tension, avoidance behaviours, or overwhelming fear of specific situations. Whether it’s general anxiety or something more specific like a phobia, I provide safe, structured support to help you regain control.
Boed yn orbryder cyffredinol neu’n rhywbeth mwy penodol fel ffobia, rwy’n cynnig cefnogaeth strwythuredig mewn amgylchedd diogel i’ch helpu i adennill rheolaeth.
Using the STILL method, sessions are designed to meet your individual needs. You’ll gain practical techniques that you can use in real life — not just theory.
Dull sy’n llawn empathi: My coaching approach
My coaching is grounded in a deep understanding of how we think, decide, and change. Drawing from psychology—particularly the science of motivation, decision-making, and behaviour change—I take a practical, no-nonsense approach to helping you move forward.
Together, we’ll set clear, realistic goals and break down big challenges into manageable steps. I’ll help you develop practical strategies that fit your life and monitor progress with you regularly, adjusting as needed. Along the way, we’ll build your self-belief and confidence—identifying your strengths, sharpening your problem-solving skills, and shaping more positive, constructive ways of thinking.
What’s included?
A standalone 2.5-hour intensive session for immediate support
Or a 6-week programme (1-hour weekly sessions) for ongoing progress
This service is available 1:1 or in small groups. All sessions are delivered with empathy, respect, and a focus on long-term wellbeing.
Every coaching journey begins with a conversation. In our first session, we’ll explore where you are now, what’s not working, and what you'd like to change. We’ll then define clear, measurable goals and map out a step-by-step plan that feels achievable.
In follow-up sessions, we’ll track your progress, tackle any obstacles that arise, and evolve your strategy as you grow. It’s about keeping the momentum going, making adjustments as life happens, and staying focused on what matters most to you.
When we reach the final session, we’ll take stock of the whole journey—what’s changed, what you’ve learned, and how you can keep that progress going. You’ll leave with long-term goals, clear next steps, and confidence in your ability to keep moving forward.
Coaching is available one-to-one—either face-to-face or online—to suit your preferences and lifestyle. Sessions last around an hour, and most people choose to meet weekly or every two weeks. A typical coaching programme runs for 6 to 12 sessions, but we can tailor the frequency and format to fit your needs.
For those looking for more intensive support, I also offer full-day problem-solving sessions, weekend workshops, or focused career-planning packages designed to kickstart change in a shorter timeframe.

The STILL Method Explained
Anxiety. Straen. Teimlo fel bod y meddwl yn rasio a’r corff ar dân.
We’ve all been there. But how do we go from overwhelm to calm?
O'r llanast i'r llonydd?
That’s where the STILL Method comes in.
The STILL Method is a powerful, step-by-step programme that helps both adults and young people understand and overcome anxiety in a lasting, practical way.
Grounded in proven approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and personal development, this six-session course is designed to give you a toolkit for calm, clarity and resilience—whatever challenges you're facing.
Whether in a group, one-to-one, or family setting, STILL is supportive, engaging and—importantly—effective.
What Makes the STILL Method Different?
The STILL Method is more than a set of strategies—it’s a complete system for transforming how you respond to anxiety. It equips you to:
Understand what anxiety is and why it occurs (including through relatable analogies like "the puppy in the kitchen")
Recognise and manage dysregulated emotional states
Learn grounding and self-regulation techniques for real-life situations
Use affirmations, guided meditation and practical tools to calm the body and mind
Face fears with a step-by-step laddering system
Build lasting confidence, resilience and emotional independence
Sessions are practical, interactive and empowering—with tools that last long after the course ends.
Who Is It For?
The STILL Method is for anyone looking to take back control from anxiety. It's suitable for:
Adults experiencing generalised anxiety or workplace stress
Young people (age 7+) navigating social pressure, school anxiety or low confidence
Families wanting to build shared strategies for calm and connection
Individuals with specific phobias or recurring intrusive thoughts
Students under academic or performance pressure
Professionals seeking to reduce burnout and improve emotional resilience
Sessions can be delivered one-to-one or in small groups, in-person or online, and in English or Welsh. The method is also used in schools and workplace wellbeing programmes.
