Sioned Roberts ydw i – athrawes gymwysedig gyda dros ddeunaw mlynedd o brofiad yn sector addysg Cymru. Gyda gradd mewn seicoleg a chefndir cryf mewn dysgu, cymhelliant a phrosesau cof, rwy’n cyfuno gwybodaeth academaidd gyda phrofiad ymarferol i ddarparu gwasanaethau llesiant ac ymwybyddiaeth o orbryder sy’n wirioneddol gweithio.

I'm Sioned Roberts, a qualified teacher with over eighteen years of experience in the Welsh education sector. With a psychology degree and extensive experience in learning, motivation and memory processes, I combine academic knowledge with practical experience to provide first-class anxiety and wellbeing services.

Over the past fifteen years, I have developed deep expertise in Additional Learning Needs and Support (ALN), working with children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural challenges. This experience has led me to become a licensed anxiety and emotional regulation practitioner, specialising in the STILL method for overcoming all types of anxiety.

My psychology background means my work is based on deep understanding of how the mind works, including learning, memory and motivation processes.

With over 18 years in the classroom, I understand the challenges facing education staff and how anxiety affects learning and performance.

I am fully trained and licensed to use the STILL method, an effective and proven technique for managing anxiety. This method:

  • Can be tailored to individual needs

The STILL Method

My goal is to help individuals, families, schools and businesses build confidence and skills to manage anxiety and improve overall wellbeing. I believe everyone has the ability to learn effective strategies for managing stress and anxiety, and my role is to provide the necessary support and guidance.
